Aqua-tech.ca Return and Refund Policy
You may return any unopened item purchased on aqua-tech.ca, for any reason, for a full refund within 30 days of delivery of your shipment (we’ll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error or if the item is marked ‘Free Returns’ at the time of purchase).
Please note that we cannot accept the return of opened items, some health and personal care items, or items returned more than 30 days past delivery. We can only process returns and refunds for items purchased on aqua-tech.ca.
If you ordered your item on another e-commerce marketplace, please refer to that marketplace’s returns policy.

Returns on Electronics. e.g. Circuit Board, Hot Tub Keypads etc.
Electronics products can be returned if postmarked within 30 days of the delivery of the original shipment to you. These items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
If the item is shipped as New and is defective or damaged upon receipt, you must report the defect/damage within 14 days of receipt and make return arrangements.
Restocking Fee
Aqua-Tech is not required to accept returns beyond the return window. If a return is given, we may charge a restocking fee following the guidelines outlined in the table below.

Replacement of Incorrect Orders or Damaged Items
If you received a different item than what you ordered or the item delivered was damaged or defective at time of reception, you must report this defect within 14 days of reception of the item. If you do, you are eligible for a functional replacement as per your original order. To begin the replacement process, email returns@aqua-tech.ca to request a replacement.
If you ordered your item on another e-commerce marketplace, please refer to that marketplace’s returns policy.
Shipping to Remote Locations within Canada
Remote locations are postal codes that are difficult to serve.
- Towns far from a shipper’s hub
- Towns that are infrequently served by shippers
- Canada Post Air Stage Locations (where mail must be airlifted at certain times of the year)
Please allow an additional 2-5 days for delivery to these locations.
Items that cannot be returned
Products that cannot be returned because of shipping regulations include: Chlorine sticks and tablets of any kind, Bromine tablets, non-Chlorine pool and spa Shock, Calcium based pool chlorine, some other pool and spa chemicals.
